Bat Sheva restaurant offers you meat-free cuisine in Jerusalem style, courtesy of the chef Moshe Asulin. The aromas of the food reminds of the unique flavors of Mahane Yehuda Market. And that’s no surprise since it’s a walking distance from the hotel. The cuisine is the Mediterranean, combining dairy-based meals, creating a one-of-a-kind flavor which cannot be found anywhere else.
