Lavan presents "Jerusalem Hamburger: from March 20-April 30, 2012, the restaurant will offer a hamburger menu featuring a variety of juicy hamburgers and toppings, accompanied by a rich choice of Israeli beers. Lavan chef Sagi Azoulai will prepare the hamburgers daily from the highest quality meat and raw ingredients.
The hamburger menu includes:
*Classic Hamburger with tomato, lettuce, pickles, red onion and aioli sauce (58 NIS)
*Berliner: 300 gram burger with tomato, lettuce, pickles, red onion and aioli sauce (72 NIS)
*Portobello burger (vegetarian): Two huge Portobello mushrooms, tomato spread, avocado, sprouts, pickles and fresh mozzarella in a whole wheat bun (52 NIS)
*Bombay Burger: spring chicken burger with eastern spices, grilled pepper, pickles, tomato, red onion, aioli sauce, curry, and hot seriracha sauce ((54 NIS)
*Seafood burger with roquette, pickles, tomato, aioli sauce, soy and wasabi (68 NIS)
*Lamb burger with rashad, grilled tomatoes, chimichuri and eggplant crème (72 NIS)
*Rosini hamburger: entrecote meat and smoked duck breast in rosini sauce (86 NIS)
All burgers are served with a side of your choice:
French fries, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, or green salad.
Additionally, the following hamburger additions are available (6-15 NIS): smoked duck breast, sunny side up egg, emmental , goat, or camembert cheese, pickled cabbage, mushrooms, sautéed onions.
A variety of Israeli beers will be on tap for 29 NIS.
