The Bloomfield Science Museum presents "Other Lives": a new exhibit marking 100 years since the death of Alan Tauring, inspired by his life and works.
Curator: Ma'ayan Shalaf.
The works in the exhibit, many of which were created specially for this purpose, create layers of fasinating and entertaining connections to topics central to the thought and research of Alan Tauring, at the head of which stands the topic of artificial intellegence and the man-computer relationship. The participating artists from Israel and around the world used new media in creating their artwork, including network art, biological art, video, photography, displays and installations.
Participating artists: The Tauring Girls, Yonatan Ben Simchon, Nurit Bar Shai, Noa Geniger, Eran Hadas, Moushon Zer-Aviv, Tzila Hassin, Gai Yitzhaki, Yoreg Lani, Oz Malul, Miri Segal, Adam Kaplan, Alexi Shulgin, Asaf Shacham.
