The U. Nahon Museum of Italian Jewish Art presents ROMA CAPTA: The Contribution of Jewish Soldiers in the Allied Armies during the Italian Campaign

An exhibit celebrating the seventieth anniversary of the Liberation of Rome (4th June 1944). The exhibit illustrates through various photographs, caricatures, posters and maps, the participation of the Jewish soldiers in the Allied armies in the Italian campaign, mainly in the Jewish Brigade Group and other units from Mandatory Palestine, the US Army, and the Italian Regio Esercito
