Beit Avi Chai presents 30 YEARS TO “GHETTO”: The Cultural Expression of the Holocaust through the Play “Ghetto”

The play “Ghetto” by Yehoshua Sobol has been performed thousands of times and continues to be produced in theatres worldwide.
Recently the play has received a new and grandiose production which raises questions as to the changes in cultural expressions of the Holocaust and their acceptance by the Israeli audience. In the words of Michael Handelsaltz: “An excellent play whose wonder competes with the atrocities it arouses”.
