CULINARY NOVEL: About Food and Hebrew Literature
BEIT AVI CHAI and the Culinary Bazaar of the First Station present:
Gil Hovav and Chef Nir Tzuk in a literary journey following recipes, dishes and food in Hebrew literature.
During the workshop sessions, dishes shall be cooked based on recipes found in books, and tasters will be served.

NIS 80 for one session, students: NIS 50, NIS 200 for the complete series
Tickets will be sold at the BEIT AVI CHAI box office and the Culinary Bazaar in the First Station.
The workshops will take place at the Culinary Bazaar in the First Station. The duration of each session: two hours.
For those interested, prior to each session at 6:30 PM there will be a preliminary tour of the Culinary Bazaar.
