A tour through the Old City and its ancient bakeries. Taste the best Knafa in the city, see how sesame is toasted and how tehina is ground. Visit with the craftsmen who are keeping ancient traditions alive.
Friday, Februay 14, 10 am: In the depths of Jerusalem
Archaeologist Amit Reem
Discover the new findings in the dry moat of the Citadel at the Tower of David. Visit the Ottoman jail, the Kishle, to discover findings from all the eras in Jerusalem including remains of the First Temple period and Herod's palace. Tour ends at David's Tomb on Mt. Zion.

The air above Jerusalem is filled with prayers, dreams and music. The tour touches on the music of Jerusalem – the music academy of East Jerusalem, San Saviour Church, the Scout's Orchestra, a concert in Christ Church and St. George and a meeting with an oud player.
