Inspired by recent rains and the beginning of winter, Lavan at the Cinematheque presents its 5th annual mushrooms festival. Throughout the end of February, the restaurant will offer a special menu on evenings and weekends which was designed in cooperation with the Tekoa farm. The Tekoa farm has specialized for 25 years in exotic mushrooms and other vegetables, both home grown and imported, and will be the suppliers of the mushrooms starring in the special menu which was designed by head chef Sagi Azoulai.
The menu includes vegetarian and vegan options as well.
