Song of the Dessert: The Hulagab Festival Opening Concert

A joint production of the Hulagab Festival that brings together three Israeli artists who describe the primitive atmosphere of a wandering lifestyle in the desert. Folk songs and Ethiopian melodies alongside original Din Din Aviv compositions will all be performed in arrangements which emphasize simplicity and cyclic nature of desert life, in which every word is charged with full meaning. The songs impart the feeling of the expansiveness of the desert and invites both the performers and the audience to engage in introspection.
