Beit Avi Chai presents "Singing the Bible": Israeli Artists in the footsteps of the Book of Books

Hebrew song, from classic to pop, corresponds with the Bible in both obvious and hidden ways. A musical show that examines the impact of the Bible on artists and performers, including poets Dalia Ravikovitch, Yehuda Amichai, Rahel, and Leah Goldberg, as well as composers Sasha Argov, Moshe Wilensky, Mordechai Zeira, Yoni Rechter, and Matti Caspi.

On the program (partial list): "Bereishit," "Ze Lo Bishvili" (from "Shlomo HaMelech u'Shlomi HaSandlar"), "Uria," and "HaNavi Yehezkel."
