Beit Avi Chai presents "The Mountain Jews": The Piyyut and Musical Tradition of the Jews of the Caucasus

Monday, July 30, 8:30 PM

A concert of the very best of the traditional music of the Jews of the Caucasus (Daghestan, Azerbaijan, Chechnya, and Kabardino), whose roots go back to the time of the First Temple.
Peretz and Mark Eliyahu, accompanied by leading instrumentalists, present a moving musical experience in Hebrew and Juhuri.
