Beit Avi Chai presents "The Human Choice - A Workshop."
Should I drink tea or coffee? Go on a trip or study in university? Stay or leave? From the small details to the major decision - life is the sum total of the choices we make. In this six-session workshop about choice, we examine the essence of the concept in Jewish sources and become acquainted with the inner strengths that help us make decisions. We learn and practice meditation as a powerful and practical tool triggering decision-making force latent in every human being.
Moderators:
Uta Gabay, founder and director of the Center for Universal Spirituality in Jerusalem, psychotherapist and spiritual mentor
Efrat Tannenbaum, lecturer at Alma, and at the Adler Institute.

*The workshop depends on a minimum number of participants.
Admission: NIS 200, students NIS 100 (for the series; no single-session admission). Limited space.
