• Tuesday, September 21, 8:30 PM
An original play by Hagit Bodankin
Ten-year-old Nurit's father is missing in action in the Yom Kippur War. Her mother is running around the country trying to find out what happened to him, and she herself is left behind with the fears, the uncertainty, and a recording of Elvis Presley. Based on a true story.
Rave reviews:
"Delicate, sensitive, accurate performance" (Shai Ben Yaacov, Yedioth Ahronoth)
"Zibil conquers the stage and captures hearts.... How much can be done with so little." (Merav Yudilovitch, Ynet)
The play won an honorable mention at the Theatroneto Festival 2010.
After the play the actress will speak with Orit Shaham-Gover, author of the book And Where Were You on October 6? about MIAs from the Yom Kippur War and ways of coping through art.
Acting: Asnat Zibil / Directing: Vidi Bilu
The play will be performed in P7.
