The Reggae Festival returns to Jerusalem! Following last year's successful festival featuring Ziggy Marly, the second Jerusalem Reggae Festival will take place on August 28, 2012, with performances by two legendary, internationally renowned reggae artists, Alpha Blondie and Brington Levy. Other performers include Shabak S, Hatikva 6, and Dub System.
