The Museum of Islamic Art presents a Sukkot Kids' Festival, with workshops, performances, and more.
Creative workshops for kids: workshops on the subject of Sukkot and on the theme of clocks and watches, based on the "Mystery of Lost Time" exhibit. Kids will make clocks, musical instruments, hamsas, and more.
The workshops will take place every day throughout the Sukkot vacation from 10:00-15:00 and on Fridays and Holiday eves from 10:00-13:00.
Performances for kids: The performances will take place at 12:00 from September 26-September 28, 2010, and are free with admission to the museum.
Performance Schedule:
Sunday, September 26, 2010: Ayelet Metayelet - Story theater for kids
Monday, September 27, 2010: "Elef Layla Velayla" - Interactive story theater with costumes and makeup.
Tuesday, September 28, 2010: Puppet and object theater - Patrushka, a Train Theater Performance.
