Piyyut Festival at Beit Avi Chai
The tenth Piyyut Festival is celebrating new local creation in the field of Piyyut. A unique and transnational local-artistic voice which came to life in this last generation, trying to deepen its roots and fly freely, to open pipes and channels in the Hebrew language. September 24-28

Exhibitions: ‘The Space Within’ and ‘Alternative Topography’: in the course of Jerusalem’s Biennale 2017. Artist Lili Almog will present a photography exhibition inspired by the women of the ‘Lev Tahor’ religious sect and artist Avner Sher will present an extraordinary giant construction based on ancient and current maps of the city.
Be’Hoshana Rabbah: Ishay Ribo on a Special Performance at the Begin Heritage Center
Like every year, the Begin Heritage Center will be hosting a special evening of studies for Hoshana Rabbah.
