Thursday, May 4th: ‘Spirit of Place’ at the National Library
The second meeting on a special series with David Ivgi. “Isaiah’s Vision” stained glass – a window by artist Mordechai Ardon at the library. During the sessions, we will view Ardon’s work, study it and review central subjects inspired by the art piece.
Friday, May 5th: A Tour Following Levi Eshkol – with the Tower of David Museum
A tour introducing the man of Israel’s settlement, public activist and leader who arrived to Israel from Ukraine at the end of the Second Aliyah and quickly became one of the most active leaders of the Israel’s settlement during the British Mandate and at the birth of Israel as a state.
Friday, May 5th: “Shechubrala” – Jerusalem Tours at the Begin Heritage Center
So you thought you know every single corner in Jerusalem? Well, have you been to the Gehenna before? The Begin Heritage Center and the Jerusalem Development Authority offer a special tour series to mark 50 years for the reunification of Jerusalem.

The series of meetings, Tales in Mono , at Beit Avi Chai: throughout the evening, HaYehudim singers, Tom Petrover and Orit Shachaf, will be hosting Eran Mittelman on an extraordinary acoustic performance. Host - Yoav Kutner.
Next Thursday, May 11th: A New Exhibition at the Museum for Islamic Art
The twelve artists of the “New Location” exhibition – architects, designers, artists and video artists – referred to objects exhibited at the museum’s permanent exhibition, using them as an inspiration in creating a new art piece presenting a personal interpretation of the object of choice, extending it or loading it with new contents.
