Tuesday, November 2nd: Golden Age of Zefat – Halacha, Kabala and Piyut at Beit Avi Chai
A special evening about Rabbi Yoseph Karo, the greatest representative of the golden era of the City of Safed during the 16th Century. Guest ensemble: Hilel Maly, Yagel Harush and Moshe Shalev (of the ensemble “Nigun Yerushalmi”) – performing piyutim of Zefat.

A special evening contributed to this great author at the library. The event will be held with the participation of the archive manager of the Stefan Zweig Archive of Saltsburg, the Hebrew translator of Zweig’s literature, experts from the National Library and scholars.
