On the weekend: ‘Homes from the Inside’ at the National Library
Two architectural tours will be offered at the National Library between September 22nd and 23rd, in the course of the ‘Homes from the Inside’ event at Jerusalem. The National Library Building, one of the most significant milestones of Israeli architecture, is considered one of Israel’s masterpieces.
Thursday, September 22nd: Moon Wandering – A whole night of performances, exploring and surprises at the Tower of David
At midnight, the gates and rooms of the Tower of David fortress will open, setting the beginning of a sleepless night that of full of magic of musical flavors from around the world. Celebrated in the course of the Sacred Music Festival. Sunrise performance: Yasmin Levy.
Thursday, September 22nd: 2016 Scientists Night – Free Admission!
The Science Museum’s Scientists Night offers play zones for the whole family, meetings with scientists, a lecture and experiential workshops in collaboration with the Botanical Garden and a poetry slam evening. 4pm-10pm. Free admission!
Thursday, September 22nd: Wandering Museum – A Visit to Khirbet Madras
The Bible Lands Museum invites you to a series of tours at the Judean Lowlands (Shfela). The last tour will open at Khirbet Madras, recreating the Judean rustic settlement’s history during the Hellenistic and the Roman eras.
