Thursday, June 16: "Ten" at the Museum for Islamic Art
Following the posters exhibitions, "Sign from Iran", the museum will host two meetings hosted by Nisim Dayan – a director, teacher and a veteran cinema scholar. Each meeting duration – 2 hours, including a full-length film and a coffee break.
Friday, June 17: "Beyond the Israeli Camera" at the Tower of David
Two unique lectures regarding the documentation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and a meeting with the Hassidic communities of Jerusalem through the camera lens. As well, exhibition "The Photographers: Jerusalem in the Eyes of its Photographers, 1900-1950".
Wednesday, June 22: "Folk Tales" of Caucasia at Beit Avi Chai
Caucasian Culture Festival at Beit Avi Chai: Singers and song writers Peretz and Marc Eliyahu, Berechet dance group, Dr. Chen Baram about the Jews of Caucasia who built Israel, Alona Eizenberg on a culinary workshop and more.
‘Fields of Tomorrow’ at the Science Museum
A new exhibition at the Science Museum: Fields of Tomorrow, smart agriculture in a changing surrounding. An exhibition that refers to the biggest challenge of our era, to our ability to supply food to the whole world’s population, which grows in the rate of appx. 2% per year.
